On previously coated surfaces, remove loose or failing material and ensure the existing finish is fully compatible.
Mixing
Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly before use, following the stated mixing ratio for the product.
Only mix the quantity required for the application.
Stir thoroughly to ensure both components are fully combined.
Application
Apply evenly by brush, roller, pad or suitable spray equipment.
Avoid over-application and work consistently to minimise overlap marks.
Allow approximately 12 hours before applying the next coat.
Apply 2–3 coats depending on the required finish and level of protection.
Drying and Curing
Touch dry after approximately 5 hours.
Recoatable after approximately 12 hours.
Fully cured after approximately 7 days.
Aftercare
Cleaning
Allow the varnish to fully cure before regular cleaning. Once cured, clean with a soft cloth or sponge using a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
Avoid aggressive detergents, solvents or abrasive pads that may damage the finish.
Maintenance
Inspect the surface periodically, particularly in high-use areas. Clean thoroughly before any maintenance treatment or recoating.
If the finish becomes worn or damaged, lightly abrade the surface, remove all dust and apply a suitable maintenance or additional varnish coat as required.
Storage
Store the varnish in the original, tightly closed containers in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
Protect from frost, excessive heat and direct sunlight.
Keep Part A and Part B containers securely closed when not in use and prevent contamination.
Do not allow the product to freeze.
