Refund policy

Goods in their invoice name are returnable within a 2-week period and at our discretion after that time period. However, goods marked 'Sale' are NOT returnable at any time.

The cost of returning goods will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund due. The collection and return of goods can be arranged by Koate Limited Ltd using their appointed courier service. This cost is the direct cost to Koate Limited and is normally charged to us £10.00 higher than the original delivery price i.e., £10.00 for 24kg. Variation results from different consignment weights.

The cost of returning and replacing damaged or defective goods will be borne by Koate Limited unless they are found to be in their correct condition in which case, they will be offered back to the customer who will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Every effort should be made to inspect goods remotely using video or photographic links before deciding to arrange their inspection at Koate Limited.

If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item then Koate Limited will refund the value of the returned goods.
