Features and Highlights

Preparation

General: Before applying, surface must be clean and fully dry. 

Application HydroGuard

Using brush: 

1. Apply once with brush similarly to the application of paint.  

2. Check water-repellence after drying of 48hrs.  

3. If water-repellence is not sufficient a second layer can be applied.

Using sponge: 

1. Use gloves and dip the sponge into the product and apply evenly onto the surface.  

2. Check water-repellence after drying of 24hrs.  

3. If water-repellence is not sufficient a second layer can be applied.

Using spray-gun: 

1. Indicative settings: Injection opening 1.6 to 2.2 with a cup-above gun pressure 2 to 3 bar.  Use only stainless-steel parts (couplings, seals, etc.) 

3. Check water-repellence after drying of 24hrs.  4. If water-repellence is not sufficient a second layer can be applied.

Using Vacumat: 

1. Dilute HydroGuard to meet DIN4: 25 sec 

2. Check water-repellence after 24 hours.  

3. If water-repellence is not sufficient a second layer can be applied.
